The school organizers became familiar with XSM's capabilities through the Lincoln-Way school system, which also is a part of our educational customers. Summer Slow Down...
The Summer and the Economy...
As we all know the economic situation is bad, and of course educational and governmental organizations are the first to feel the crunch.
In conjunction with the economic slow down is the fact that it is summer. Typically this is a very tough time to try to convince groups and organizations to purchase our safety products and services.
The good news is we are starting to get more inquiries regarding our services. We are hopeful that this trend will continue and start to result in new installations
We have had inquiries from some large counties in South Carolina. XSM has deployed a test system at their request. We are awaiting communication from their finance committee.
This year XSM has successfully retained all our customers. Even with the bad economy, we have not lost any of our current system users... Everyone who uses our Products and services are extremely happy with us...
As a matter of fact, since XSM has been in business we have NEVER lost a single customer. This is a great testament to the effectiveness of our systems......
